On behalf of the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice at NYU School of Law, you are cordially invited to attend the Thirteenth Annual Emile Noël Lecture on the State of the (European) Union on Tuesday, April 24 at 6:00 p.m. This year lecture “The clash of Titans: The European Court of Justice and National Constitutional Courts” will be presented by Professor Marta Cartabia, Vice-President and Judge of the Constitutional Court of Italy.

The lecture will take the format of a Fireside Chat between Judge M. Cartabia and J.H.H. Weiler, University Professor and Director of The Jean Monnet Center.

The lecture will be held in Vanderbilt Hall, Faculty library, located at 40 Washington Square South. A reception will immediately follow the lecture.
